Spacious and fully furnished apartment in Abbotsford.
- 3 month minimum lease.
- Your own room with a bed, bedside lockers and build in robes.
- Your own bathroom (also the main bathroom) as we have our own en-suit.
- Kitchen - TV - Dining area that opens onto a balcony with great views
- Pull out sofa bed if you ever have guests that need a place to crash (for a night...not weeks)
- Microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, all crockery and cutlery, nutri-bullet, oven... the usual kitchen shenanigans!!!!!
- Washing machine (apparently it dries too but we never managed to figure it out).
- 2 Gyms, outdoor swimming pool and lounge area, rooftop with BBQ's and Jacuzzi's (the roof can be booked out for parties too), roof top cinema room.
- AMAZING cafe on ground floor, underground parking, 24 hr concierge.
- Directly across from Victoria gardens shopping centre which has Ikea, Coles, hoyts cinema, food courts, kmart etc.
- Tram 109 or 12 on our doorstep which will take you to the city via Collins Street.
- No car space as we are using it

Our land loard pays $300 worth of our bills...If we exceed our bills by a certain amount the cost will be split evenly between the household... generally about $200 between the 4 of us.

Myself (Tracey) and Josh are very sad to say farewell to our amazing housemates on March 18th!! They became our very closest friends for the past year and have been awesome to live with. We are now looking for another couple or single to move in and share our perfect home with....
Josh is 23 from England. He works full time for Citywide as an arborist Mon-Fri and sometimes a saturday too. He loves MMA and trains 4-5 times a week in a MMA gym nearby. He is also a qualified PT.
I am 28 (I know....cougar right?) from Dublin. I am an interior designer. My working days are Tues-Sat. I also love my fitness. I train 5 days a week after work so I only get home in the evenings around 7.30-8pm.
Both of us love going out and meeting new people. We are always active and CLEAN!! if you don't know how to clean up after yourself, we wont get along. A clean home is a happy home. We want to share our place with people who are willing to become our friends, not hermits. We don't mind having guests over at all, but would expect the party to end at a decent time so that we can get our beauty sleep zzzz
