Bedroom is a good size with adjacent bathroom also decent. I have a mattress, nice white bed frame, coat hangers and some other little things. Also have towels and bedding that you can have if you like. Bedroom is a good size, very clean and private. Current housemate has a chest of drawers he may be leaving behind so more than welcome to have that if he does leave it.

Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Balaclava. Light wood polished floorboards with carpeted bedrooms. Super modern design and furnishings. Bedrooms are nice and separate from each other as well which is good! Big balcony with some plants (no BBQ but have plans to add one soon). I have been here for two years and I still love coming home every day.
It's one of only four apartments and I'm the top front one so it's extremely private and has nice views looking down over St Kilda.
200m from Carlisle St, 50m from Chapel street. Situated on a one way street so traffic is quiet.
