Large and spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Balgowlah Heights. Extensive living space, dining room, 2nd dining room that is used to store mountain bikes, surfboards etc.. Main Living room is large with a large bay window and views to Middle Harbour, The Spit, Chatswood and the City. Ample storage. There is always plenty of parking on the street out side the house.

The apartment is tastefully furnished and always kept clean. Its a very quiet address and the property is a converted house into 2 apartments. The owner of the apartment lives upstairs so its important to be respectful of his property (he is very easy going).

Its a 2 minute walk to express bus to the city. 2 minute walk to IGA, deli, bakers, chemist etc at Balgowlah Heights. A trip into manly is a 10 minute bus ride that are pretty regular on the weekend, or a $10 trip in an Uber.

I would be out the door around 7:00am and not back until after 8:00pm Monday to Friday.
