Welcome to the newest old house in Olde Smithfield. A little more than two years, this older-style home was designed as a haven from the hectic hustle and bustle of life, while also being well-suited for entertaining.

When you first step indoors, you will be greeted by a generously-sized reception room. A few steps down the hallway will then take you to the main living area. Here you will find an open kitchen and dining area with a comfortable living room. Step into the second hallway and you will find a quiet library, a comfortable office as well as your own secluded room. There is also a second bathroom, separate vanity and restroom as well as utility room.

Located on a quiet street but conveniently close to Main North Road, the entire home sits on a generous 1/4 acre block and is surrounded by constantly developing gardens.

The house is conveniently located. 10 minutes walk will take you to either the train station or the bus interchange. An extra five minutes strolling will get you to Munno Para Shopping City with all its conveniences. A short drive will also get you to Elizabeth City Centre.

Description of pets
Sebby, our pure-bred English Staffy, is daddy's little shadow. He loves people, any people. Most days, however, will see him either sleeping, eating or, well, you get the picture. He's a happy little chappy and he's daddy's boy.

His little feline sister, Nibbler, is an affectionate princess. At first standoffish towards anyone who enters her domain, once she gets to know you, she will allow caresses behind the ear while lying on your lap. She's daddy's little princess.
