We have a queen size room on offer. House features a newly renovated kitchen and (2) bathrooms, the lounge and dining area are separate. The house is very spacious, is fully furnished, and the back yard is huge and great for BBQ's and lounging about in. We have all the usual house stuff, internet, Freeview, Apple TV, Netflix - all watchable on a big flatscreen TV.

We are about a 10 min walk away from the station and only 15 mins to city via car or train. There is an express train to the city from Ashfield station during weekdays. There are 2 bus stops right around the corner, if you prefer the bus instead. The shopping mall has all the main attractions, (Woolies, Coles, Aldi, Kmart, Priceline, postoffice, fruit and veg shops, food hall and loads more).

Ashfield has some of the best dumplings in town. So if you are foodie this will go down well.

There are loads of parks around and if you fancy yourself a stroll or a bit of an exercise junkie, The Bay walk is only a short drive away.

Bills and expenses

A cleaner is provided fortnightly and garden is taken care of.

Bills are divided equally between the 3 of us (electricity, gas, internet/TV, Netflix and water).

We do a Costco shop for all the common house hold items (toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, etc) this last us 3-4 months, the cost is split between 3 people.

Description of pets
I, the female tenant, have a Shih Tzu. He is a pretty cool dude, but likes to think he is the boss :-) His hobbies are walking, road tripping, visiting friends, flying on a plane, the beach, swimming and looooves a tummy rub. I would have to say he is the man of the house, but is also a totally mummy's boy. He is house trianed and even does a few tricks - with the right food on offer. If you give him love he will definitely give it back.
