It features polished floor boards, built ins, designer lighting, gas fireplace and high ceilings. It is the only bedroom on the first floor. Large separate bathroom with seperate bath and shower, which is shared with one other female.

This large designer warehouse is spread across 4-stories, and located in Annandale. There is lots of space so there is still a lot of privacy for everyone. The house is fully furnished, with outdoor area including BBQ and entertainment area.

We are within walking distance to shops, pubs, cafés and restaurants as well as a 5 minute bus trip into the city. Plenty of safe on-street parking. We have three cars amongst us, and have never had an issue.

The house has a separate TV/lounge room with Apple TV and wireless broadband , as well as a study.

About the occupants
Sharing with housemates that work in both creative and marketing backgrounds, we are easy going and open minded people that have become good friends. We do socialise with one and other on occasion, but live busy lives that mean we are all out of the house for much of the day. There are three large bedrooms, each on a separate floor of the house, meaning that it is very private.

We are close to a number of pubs, bars and restaurants. Although we all get along well, we respect one and others privacy and are considerate to each other. We are tidy and respectful, and maintain a beautiful designer home that we all enjoy.

We are looking for friendly people that are happy to socialise on occasion, we want someone that is mindful of the other housemates when it comes to noise and night time habits. We have varying interests inclusion design, fashion, traveling, art and music. We are all focussed on our careers, therefore the house is where we relax and chill.
Description of pets
We have a dog that stays every couple of weeks, but it is confined to the top floor and requires no care from other housemates.
