We have 1 room available for rent. It is small, but fully furnished with furniture as required for a student. Most furniture is new or almost new. Floor plans can be provide and also more pics upon request. You would have the use of your own downstairs bathroom although we do use it for the washing machine and dryer too.

Fully furnished 3 level townhouse in Adelaide. We have Wireless broadband with unlimited usage - more than enough :-)
Also VOD services from Netflix, Stan, Amazon Prime, Binge and Disney+ (Internet and VOD's are provided for free).
Our home is in the west side of the city of Adelaide between UniSA City West Campus and Chinatown. It is a 2 minute walk to UniSA West and also short walk to Adelaide University.
We have a small vehicle (manual) so if you have a drivers licence and you can drive a manual transmission, you're welcome to use it.

Currently in residence are 2 males (Australian and Hong Kong) and 3 female cats. We are non smoking, non drinking, casual and easy going people. This is a home and not a boarding house, this means that we appreciate our tenants privacy and also welcome their friendship as part of a home.
