Description of the home

I have a fully furnished room available in a modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. It's on a rear block and, being set back off the road, so there's no traffic noise. There is a nice outdoor entertaining area with BBQ (great for inviting your friends over) but minimal gardens to maintain. Parking is remote control lock up garage. Shops, Garden City and public transport are close by (there's even a bike to get around) and it's a short trip to Freo.

The house is fully furnished with aircon (in your bedroom too!!!) & gas heating. Netflix (on a 65" UHD TV) and Wireless Internet (UNLIMITED DOWNLOAD) are also available. There is even a full gym but it doesn't get as much use as it should.....LOL

We (myself and Seb who is 24) are looking for a 3rd house mate that wants a nice modern, comfortable place to live. Ideally, a sociable person that doesn't spend the whole time in their bedroom. Whilst it's a non-smoking house, smoking outside is OK. Would also be happy to consider a couple.
