Private bedroom in a large house in the sort after Rosemount area.. Fully furnished. You will share a bathroom with myself. large private balcony over looking a nice big back garden. Wildlife in abundance, things sometimes go bump in the night lol! There is full laundry facilities. The house is already furnished.
There is a studio underneath the house which is currently rented out to a short term tenant. I am working on setting up a home based business in this space.

Only a 25min walk from local shops and Nambour train station (2hour and 10mins to Brisbane by train ). We are close to all the best beaches (Maroochydoore and Mooloolaba). Nearby Nambour has all the supermarkets, hospital and colleges, Cafes and Bars. We are located less than 20mins to the airport and the Bruce highway is only a 5 min drive. We have nearby swimming pool and fitness centers, as well as the best tourist attractions all on our doorstep.. Public transport doesn’t operate in this area but there is a bus service in Nambour that will get you to the coast. You would be advised to have a car. You can park on the property.

Unlimited Wi-Fi is available for your Netflix account..
The room will be available from March 18th 2024. Rent is $290 per week for single occupancy. This includes all bills , water usage and internet
This is a 3-6month lease only. If things are working out I will consider extending.
1 months Bond required and 2 references please.
