Only 15 minutes by tram to the city. The number 1 tram stop is around the corner from the house and the 96 is 500 metres walk.
There’s plenty of street parking out the front of the house and it’s easy to get a resident parking permit that costs around $78 a year or $100 to include foreshore parking as well.

Bills are divided in two for wireless internet, water, electricity and gas. Bills are usually around $50-100 a month. I have Netflix and Stan already and I’m happy to split the cost for Foxtel.
