Only 15 minutes by tram to the city. The number 1 tram stop is around the corner from the house and the 96 is 500 metres walk.

There’s plenty of street parking out the front of the house and it’s easy to get a resident parking permit that costs around $78 a year or $100 to include foreshore parking as well.

Bills are divided in two for wireless internet, water, electricity and gas. Bills are usually around $50-100 a month. I have Netflix and Stan already and I’m happy to split the cost for Foxtel.

I have a gorgeous little black and white cat who adopted me. She has a beautiful nature and is very self sufficient... although she will like to sit on your lap if you are sitting on the couch watching tv. She spends most of her time outside and has a cat door, so she isn't any trouble.
