Rear facing so its nice and quiet, it has local views. bed, bedding, duvet, pillows, towels the works if you need it, or if you don't we can move it out no problem.

An established home, in the Glebe/Camperdown end of Annandale, only 8 mins by PT from the CBD. This 3 bedroom house is deceptive, looks small but in fact a cottage at front. Large double storey, modern conversion at back, fully furnished and has absolutely everything you would expect to make it a very comfy and relaxing home.

The main bathroom is light filled with deep bathtub and shower, second is a int laundry/loo. The house is light filled in the afternoon and has a lovely garden with BBQ and our own inner west ocean view :) (see picture!).

The house is close to shops, cafes and transport, in a narrow street with only local traffic, we even have our own Xmas street party:)

We are Guy and Tania, I am a photographers consultant and also own makeup academies in Syd and Melb which keeps me busy, and also keeps me young at heart, Im often away in Melb, NZ or overseas, I like to think I have good sense of humour, with a healthy social / quite time balance. I get on well with people in general, I'm away more than half the time, especially in winter so you have a whole house half the time, its definitely a relaxing house you can call your home. Tania is in events and also not at home a lot as we travel together and enjoy a laptop lifestyle.
