Essentially it's free rent in exchange for looking after my dogs and keeping the place clean.
It is a prerequisite that any successful applicant has or is able to obtain a National Police Clearance prior to moving in. The bedroom has a flat screen TV and a DVD / VHS player and free internet via WiFi. A laptop will connect to the TV via an HDMI cable if required. The room comes with a new Queen Size bed that has been slept on (NOT IN) a couple of times plus has a tallboy and separate walk in robe and an en-suite

Hi my name is Ross i'm 67 (yes an old fart) but young at heart and very casual. I have been offered a job up north 2 weeks on 1 week off which i'm told could become 4 weeks on 1 week off which means I will be away most of the time so I need someone who is very reliable to look after and feed my dogs while I am away. I will of course cover all their food costs et'c and I have an arrangement with my local vet should they need treatment so there should not be any concerns in that area. I am looking for someone who would be happy and willing to stay long term rather than just a few months.

It's just to cover half of the water and power consumption and given I have a good quality 6 Kwh solar system on the roof the power bills are minimal at the best of times so you only need to give me money when these bills come in.

Description of pets
I have 2 German Shepherds Raj (aged 6) and Priya (aged 9) who are good natured and very protective of the house and the people in it but they do not play well with other dogs. They live inside and wander in and out at leisure they have their own couch in the lounge where they love to curl up of an evening in front of the TV and as for me I tend to just crash on a couch with them when I am home. There's 2 budgies as well who are roughly 10 years old just for a bit of noise as the place tends to be very quiet and even they have become quieter as the years have progressed.
