Relatively new house (finished construction and I moved in at the start of 2020) so everything's in good condition and looks modern.
All the basic amenities of someone who has been living here for a while;
-Kitchen stocked with all the things you would come to expect
-Living room tv with home-theater PC and other entertainment stuff
-Garage with lots of tools/car cleaning stuff (fitting 2 cars in garage is unlikely with current storage, driveway parking is always an option)
-All your general cleaning/maintenance/housecare stuff.
-Outdoor patio with chairs, side tables, mini-bbq
With all of these things I'm happy for you to use them as long as they're treated with respect. Basically means you only need to provide stuff for your room/bathroom, everything else is already supplied.
Reliable NBN internet. Powerful air-conditioning systems to the 4 main rooms of the house. 24/7 outside security cameras and internal alarm system in a safe neighborhood (never had any incidents since living here).

My hobbies are 3D-printing/DIY projects, squash, cooking, houseplants, all your general stay at home entertainment (gaming, movies, music) and drinking with friends. I live a very drama free life and especially when at home I will just be relaxed and easy going, I've generally kept to myself when with past roommates but still enjoy socialising or doing stuff together, guess its all dependent on the person you're living with.
I don't do drugs/smoke and generally go to friends places for parties rather than host them as this place is a bit too far north for everyone.
I'm extremely tidy and take great care and pride of my property, big neat freak so how clean and tidy everything looks in the pictures is how I keep it looking all the time.
Marc (male, 27) is the other roommate in this house. He works nightfill, is quiet and generally keeps to himself while keeping the house tidy.
Otherwise, all your other normal stuff, be able to pay for rent and don't introduce any drama/sketchy stuff to the house.
