Hello!!! Hope you're settling in well to the new year after the questionable 12 months we've had here in Victoria. Our housemate has been offered a nannying job with free accommodation, which is too sweet a deal for her to pass up, so we're looking for one lucky soul to take her room.
- The room is medium-sized, well lit and unfurnished.

Our home is in a peaceful and convenient location, 3 minutes walk to Abbotsford Convent/Merri Creek and a 10 minute walk to Victoria Park station, Woolworths, and bars etc. 15 minute walk to Victoria street/trams and loads of delicious Vietnamese food. We absolutely love our neighbours and are very lucky to live on a street with a lovely community vibe.

The house is abundant in natural light, has beautiful wooden floors throughout, large living room, kitchen with gas cooking, ducted heating, aircon, separate bathroom/toilet.

It also has a big backyard that we are in the progress of filling with plants and a lush veggie patch - so bonus points if you've got a green thumb and are keen to join the house project!

We're definitely not a party house but every so often we all enjoy a few drinks and dinner together, or having friends over for sunny afternoon hangs in the backyard. We’re all good mates who need their lonesome time but definitely don't wanna be strangers either. We're looking for someone who'll fit into that energy nicely!
