Huge mostly furnished queenslander (room has a bed, and a few things), private study off the room for WFH, own renovated bathroom, reno'd gas kitchen, pool for summer BBQs, off street parking, plenty storage, close to Albion shops, 5 mins from Albion train station, which has express line into city. Tops neighbourhood. Got us some wifi and netflix stuff. Couples would be a few bucks extra, but would be happy to live with and easily enough space!
