A beautiful and clean house with very spacious sized bedrooms throughout.

Kitchen is fully furnished including appliances, and a Pura Tap water filtration system.

The house has excellent air-conditioning as well as heating.

The house includes two bathrooms.

The rental price advertised per room includes all of the house and room furnishings, unlimited internet access, water, gas, and electricity. We also offer complementary services to our tenants which include, Smart TV, a professional cleaner attending regularly, aswell as maintenance person. Sanitary disposal units in toilets for convenience of female tenants.

Sorry, strictly no pets are allowed inside the home.

Room 5 – $270 / week
Very spacious room Offering a queen bed, ample storage with a study area including a desk, reading lamp, study pinboard, and chair. The room also offers a small lounge suite and smart Tv.
