Beautiful 100 year old cottage that has been extended overtime. Located in Bulli. Renovations are not outdated and the house is very functional. High ceilings, good natural light, wooden floors throughout and gardens front and back.

One available room is 3.6mx3.6m with built-in robes, mirror, ceiling fan ($250 p/week). Located at the northwestern end of the house.

Second available room is 5.0mx2.9m with built in robes, ceiling fan, large windows. East facing, lots of morning light. ($275 p/week)

Bathroom is shared between two available room. A fourth bedroom has wardrobe storage and setup as a spare bedroom for visitors.

Private rental on a split block. Landlord lives in a studio at the back of the property separated by the gardens. She's respectful and rarely see each other, we have a good relationship.

Can be cold in winter but gas heater does the job. Stays cool in summer with ceilings fans in all rooms.

Open to conversations about another doggo in the house.

Unlimited Internet, Gas, Water and Elec not included in rent. One neighbor, retired and good people.
