In the centre of town, barely a stones throw away from Dean Street is our gentrified period style home, equipped with high ceilings, polished floor boards as well as a modern kitchen and bathroom.
The house is 3 bedrooms plus a study, 2 rooms are available, 1 with built in wardrobes, heating/aircon and a ceiling fan. The other room without built ins but a stunning light filled room, no ceiling fan but ducted heating and cooling vents.
Rent listed ($250pw) is with one other person, If I’m able to find two housemates rent will of course be lower than this and at around $170

I'm 28yrs work full time Monday - Friday at a manufacturing facility. I enjoy cooking, gardening and exploring the outdoors. I have a kelpie x lab named Harley who tends to tag along on these adventures and also comes to work with me most days.
Also very much into film/music/comedy and would be fab to find someone with similar interests but certainly not a must. Ultimately looking for someone decent/reasonable with household contributions ie cleaning, lawn mowing etc and preferably not a big drinker or party animal.
