My housemate has decided to pursue the beach side living in coogee so I'm on the lookout for a new housemate to share this amazing place.

Spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms apartment. Kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, dishwasher and . We have an internal laundry with a washing machine & dryer. The balcony face north and has a nice view to the city. A brand new bbq perfect for watching the sunset with a few bevvys. NBN internet available and included in the rent.

Spacious, carpeted double bedroom fully furnished with a double bed, big built-in wardrobe, TV and desk.

Location:
-1 block away from green sq station, 15 minutes to Redfern Station
-Bus stop nearby with frequent buses that takes you to the city, inner west and eastern beaches.
-6 minutes walk to Alexandria park
-3 minutes walk to Gunyama park (2 pools).
-1 minute walk to Woollies and BWS
-12 minutes walk to East Village shopping centre
-a stone’s throw from many bars and restaurants.

Rent is $350 for a single person (or $400 for couples) including bills & internet. Free off-street parking available. Landlord doesn’t allow pets, sorry.
