Hi all,
Our housemate is moving out - which means we’re looking for a new person to join our crew! Up for grabs is super affordable room - $230 per week - in our Woolloomooloo terrace.

We have an amazing location - 10 mins from the CBD and Kings Cross, and walking distance to Circular Quay, the Botanical Gardens, Opera House etc. Room is available now.

You'll be living with myself, Megan and Toni - all lovely creatives who are respectful of personal space but also love a good chat and a wine when they can!

The room fits a queen bed, clothes rack, chest of drawers and has a little desk/dressing table built into the fireplace. There are also plenty of built in shelves for your belongings.

You'll be living with high ceilings, timber floors and a breezy open-plan living/dining space. There’s also a sunny courtyard for afternoon beers, and great relaxed vibe.

No pets - sorry. Also no couples. We split bills equally each quarter, as well as internet ($15 p/month) and a cleaner ($20 p/fortnight). Bond is $895. If sounds like you please DM me with a bit about yourself and we’ll arrange a viewing.

Rent is $230 per week, plus bond of $895.
