I am looking for a respectful & responsible SINGLE male for a SHARE ROOM aged between 18-30 yrs, ideally a NON-smoker, in our 3 bedroom apartment, in great security building 'Atarah' in the heart of Waterloo, close to Danks St shopping complex (Coles Waterloo, other dining & food outlets)

We are NOT a party household, but don't mind a get together with housemates for a meal at the local pub every now & then.
