A lovely 3-bedroom, two-storey townhouse in a quiet, leafy complex, close to shops and transport.

There are two living-areas, which means there's lots of room to chill out alone, if so desired. There's also a separate TV room upstairs. There is a spacious, private courtyard out the back, which still needs some furniture and plants to brighten it up, plus a smaller front courtyard, both of which catch the sun at different times of the day.

There are so many bathrooms! Two upstairs and another toilet downstairs.

The common areas are fully furnished and equipped for comfortable living, with a large-screen TV, vintage furniture and comfy couches. You'd be very welcome to put a desk or other small furniture into the second living area!

The kitchen is open-plan and has an ever-important dishwasher!

The room is bright, with a lovely leafy view. It's 3.0m x 2.8m and has a built-in wardrobe with shelves, drawers and a hanging rack, plus there's a Juliet balcony. It's currently unfurnished but we can easily arrange to have this furnished for you with a double bed and bedside tables. You will have the main bathroom (mostly) to yourself as our room has an ensuite. Internet, gas and electricity are included in the rent.
