Description of the home

A wonderful opportunity to live in one of Sydney's most beautiful suburbs. Having lived here for 12 years now I can't recommend the place and area more. The apartment has an incredibly homely feel about it and I've put a lot of effort and heart into making it a fantastic place for those to move into. It is very large, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and fully furnished a part from your own bedroom. It has beautiful dark polished wooden floor boards, European central heating, high ceilings and overall the apartment is in immaculate condition. The kitchen is modern and wonderfully equipped with near new and high quality appliances. The lounge room is very spacious, has plentiful couch space, very nicely decorated (plants, photos, books etc.) and receives a partial yet lovely outlook to the water.

There is an additional sunroom which provides a nice view of the water and a recently renovated outdoor area with a beautiful garden and seating area which is nice to use come the warmer months. The apartment is located just a short 2 minute walk from paradise, a picturesque harbour bay which is perfect for a dip. Very convenient to public transport allowing for easy access to the CBD, Bondi Beach, Bondi Junction, Edgecliff, Rosebay, Double Bay etc.

About the occupants
There will be 3 occupants, Matt aged 39, Marina aged 32 and we're looking to have a guy move in. We have both studied and work full time. We are very clean and have a real sense of pride in maintaining a tidy space. We enjoy socialising, cooking, keeping active, having fun and have become good friends throughout the roommate process. We like to keep a relaxed, easy going dynamic in the place, one that feels very much like a home. Tom who is moving out has lived here for two and a half years and has been a superb roommate and someone I definitely regard as a close friend. We would love to welcome someone to the Palace with a similar lifestyle. Really look forward to meeting you!

Hi I'm Matt, I'm 39 and operate my own Personal Training business and work about 30hrs/week. I studied sports science and business. I like to keep active, socialise with mates, head to the beach/paddle board, hike, enjoy cooking, watching a bit of TV and love travel, sports and music. During the week I generally keep things pretty relaxed and equally enjoy my own time. I do enjoy a house cook up and a few drinks from time to time. I like to think that I'm an incredibly respectful person, fun with a good sense of humour and have definitely had many years experience in a share house environment :)

I’m Marina, 32, from France. Been in Australia for 10 years. I’m a skin therapist, working from Tuesday to Saturday. I have a big interest for health & wellbeing. During my time off I’ll usually go to dance class, catch up with my friends, go for a hike, or sometimes I enjoy a quiet time at home reading or watching a movie.
