We are looking for a new housemate to join our family here in Point Piper!

The apartment has amazing harbour views from the balcony’s

The room has a wardrobe and comes with a bed.

We have 2 toilets and 1 shared Bathroom with both a Shower & Bath and there is plenty of storage.

5 minutes walk to Redleaf beach
We are 5 minutes bus to Edgecliff station, or take the same bus all the way to the city in 20mins!
We also have free on street parking.
Ideally located, 10 minute to a Woolies, 8min Uber to Bondi Junction or 20 mins by public transport! Views of Double Bay & the harbour bridge

Bond is $500 & rent is paid Monthly.

Bills aren’t included but workout $15/week, includes electric, gas & Wifi
