You’d be sharing the home with me and my small dog, Dino—he’s quiet, toilet trained, and incredibly sweet (more like a tiny, furry roommate than a pet!).

I’m living in a brand-new 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in Northmead (on Briens Rd), fully furnished with a modern feel and plenty of natural light. The apartment is on the top floor with only one other unit on the level, so it’s peaceful and private.
There’s a huge wraparound balcony—perfect for relaxing, reading, or having a sunny coffee—and a communal rooftop just one level up. You’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom.
Rent is $350/week + $65/week for Wi-Fi, electricity & gas (all inclusive).

Description of pets
You’ll be sharing the home with Dino, my 10.5-year-old Shih Tzu x Maltese. He’s small, quiet, fully toilet-trained, and very well-behaved. Dino spends most of his time napping, cuddling, or playing with his toys, and he absolutely loves going for walks. He’s incredibly intuitive, gentle, and more like a little companion than a typical pet.
He’s used to living in apartments and gets along well with people—super easy to live with!
