Internal laundry and dishwasher. Multiple heating and air conditioning units (one in your bedroom).

Your room has a ceiling fan, queen pillow top mattress, side table, and wardrobe. Your bathroom has heated towel racks and a rainfall shower with great pressure and consistent hot water. Flat has high speed wifi, and shared TV with Netflix, Disney, and Prime.

Multiple bus stops outside our door. Quick walk to bustling cafes and restaurants. Enjoy happy hour drinks with live music and a marina view. Steps to Balmoral for swimming, SUP paddling boarding, and kayak rentals. Frequent dolphin and whale sightings! 🐬🐠

5min drive to shops, chemist and beauty salons. Safe and dreamy tree-lined neighbourhood where birds and butterflies abound. 🌴🦋

Available July 15th short or long-term. 2 month minimum stay. Seeking single females only, no couples sorry. $500 per week plus bills (fortnightly cleaner, electricity).
