You’ll be sharing the apartment with a single Brazilian guy and a single Irish guy. Both friendly, polite and respectful flatmates who are working full time.

The bedroom has large built-in wardrobe with mirrored doors and its own air conditioning unit, as well as a TV and opens doors out to the main balcony which runs across the apartment. You would be sharing the main bathroom with one other room/person, as the master bedroom has its own ensuite.

This apartment is in a great location, just a couple of minutes walk from Pacific Square shopping centre and Maroubra Junction itself which includes an Aldi, Coles and plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants as well as bus stops to the city and rest of the Eastern Suburbs.
Maroubra Beach is a 30 minute walk or 10 minute bus away and Westfield Eastgardens either a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus away.
