Home Description
Description of the home
I'm sharing my double storey, 50 square, 4 bedroom house. There are 3 medium sizeĀ bedrooms available, one with queen size bed & a lookout over swimming pool. There are lots of activities possible, snooker, pingpong, foosball tables & even Dart-board if interested, electronic keyboard/piano, 55 inch smart TV (including Stan & Netflix accounts) with retractable lounges, BBQ & outdoor table, 85000 L salt water swimming pool in a big tiled backyard with pergolas all around. There's also a home gym & treadmill in the garage if you need it.
The neighbourhood is safe & family oriented. There are few parks in a walking distance, a bus stop at the door & Rousehill shopping centre is only 5min drive away.
I'm single & appreciate if only singles apply for bedrooms to rent please. I also have a happy, playful dog, called Bella. She's 5.5 yo Labrador & is allowed inside of house (only lower level & backyard) so you need to be comfortable with large dogs.
Unless noted otherwise the reasonable costs of bills, water/electricity/gas/internet etc. are respectfully included in rents.
