Description of the home

Spacious.. multiple living areas, balconies/patio, garden areas. It’s a solid, brick, house. It kind of reminds me of a grandmother’s house, however decorated with a lot of kitschy/art things. It’s homely. Feels warm. Quiet street. I enjoy coming home. Usually relax with some movies, or a workout session in the gym (see pics). Close to train station. Good view of the city from “Top Rock”. Good neighbourhood view from the living room balcony. Your room is very private. It’s at the back of the house and has its own side-gate entrance if you wish to use it. There’s a separate bathroom in the back area also. I drive down to Kyeemagh Beach for sand runs often. I also host trivia/karaoke at the local pub which gives me a nice community feel in the ‘hood. I have two bicycles also, so we make use of the nearby trails. There’s pictures of the house, but have made a video of the room itself so you can get a good idea.
