Hi,
Im moving out on about the 20th of May. I currently have an amazing, nice, friendly, reliable, cheerful, caring and exceptionally decent flatmate.

I told her this morning and she suggested that she’s might want to stay on if there was someone that wanted to take on the lease and had some furniture for the living room.

Hope you like the place and please get in touch this weekend because alternatively we will both move on.

The total place is $630 a week and she pays $290. The only other expense is the electricity which is about $150 a quarter.
