Own fully furnished lockable room with own onsuite bathroom Can store bed if you have own, share lounge, dining, study, sunroom and outdoor areas, wifi, outdoor undercover BBQ, dishwasher and small veggie garden.

Local park, cafe, bush walks, boating, swimming, kayaking all handy, street parking, bus around corner walk to Balgowlah shops 15min, Manly wharf, buses ferry restaurants harbour side walk 25min, shops.

Utility's all handy, share some foods with space for own foods, respect space and privacy though good for some social meals drinks together.
Your lovers welcome over from time to time.
I travel on commitments every so often for average about a month so I'm not always around, so you get the home for yourself when I'm not around.
