Description of the home
Large two-story home in Aldinga Beach 50 meters from the beach and walking distance to the Scrub Conservation Park. Renting one private room. Shared common areas (kitchen, laundry, main bathroom, lounge, and large backyard, lots of parking space outside of garage. We are the owners and looking for a renter until March 2024. Coastal home in a relaxed environment. Matt and I are both working full-time and creative people, we love movies, surfing, beach life and music.
The housemates are lovely, one is a female Uni student (19) and the other is a male FIFO working (28), both kind and respectful people.
