Beautiful, light filled apartment with natural tones.
North facing so gets light year round including warm winter sun on the balcony and into the lounge and kitchen.
It is elevated on first floor so it catches fresh sea breezes. I never used the aircon when living there but tenants who last lived their chose to use it.
There is a view of the water from the kitchen, lounge and one of the bedrooms. There is nice mowed grass that can be enjoyed for gatherings or yoga. You can take a kayak out and paddle to little islands in the broad water. Enjoy watching the tide come in and out each day.

There are 7 units in the block. The two front units have views of the creek. I don't find the other units use the share space of grass under the fig tree which the front 2 units looks over.

There is one covered car park and you may be able to use the blocks spare car park for second car or street parking.

The bedrooms are well sized. The master bedroom has 3 big cupboards so lots of storage space. It will easily take a couple.
The smaller room has views of the water.
There is one bathroom which has just been redone which the bedrooms share.
