Hello, Looking for a 30+ professional working full-time to join just me (only) in a 4 bedroom house. Barcoo Street Hastings. Must be positive and have a happy disposition. The house has a great floor plan for privacy and comfort. You will have your own bathroom with a separate toilet. The family room has a TV (still need a lounge in the family room) but there is a lounge room all set up and has a TV. TV outlet also in your room. Lots of streaming services included.

Your room has an extremely comfortable high quality queen bed with storage drawers. Large wardrobe with drawers and there is some storage in the laundry as well as the hall storage area. Your room is at the back of the house and quiet.

Street parking unless you have a bike which will fit in the garage once I sort a few more things out (but as I have just moved from interstate I am still sorting out the garage).

All household items are here to use. There is gas heating (haven’t used it yet) as the reverse cycle air-con in the family room is great Solar helps to keep the costs down. There is also a spare bedroom for short-term guests for family and friends.

I enjoy getting out and exploring and catching up with friends. I work full-time in a professional role for a large national company and work from home using the small front room. I like listening to music (softly or with a headset on) when working and cooking and watching movies. I am easygoing, quiet, respectful and like to keep a neat, clean and tidy house. I am also into painting which I do in the garage.

All bills and streaming are included. Just need your own linen. I am paying a larger portion of the rent and bills.

No couples, no party people, must be working full time. No pets. Would welcome someone for the base.

Smoking outside ok, as I do occasionally.
