Are you looking for a clean, tidy peaceful place to live?
WELL - My current flat mate is heading overseas so I have 1 bedroom with its own bathroom plus parking available in a modern air conditioned, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a double lock up garage and fully fenced back yard.

BEDROOM is unfurnished although I can provide a double bed if needed. It features a mirrored built in with drawers, a ceiling fan and Foxtel connection. Main bathroom will be for your use only, the main toilet will be shared only when people come to visit which isn’t very often. The main toilet is separate from the bathroom. You have use of a shared lock up garage space with one other vehicle.

Situated in a popular but quiet housing estate, featuring 24/7 security patrols, two heated pools, a jacuzzi, full gym, tennis and basketball courts and a sauna. The house is located in a quiet street only a 5 minute drive to Coles, a 10 minute drive to M1 motorway, Train/tram station and Westfield Helensvale Shopping Centre.

BILLS INCLUDED in the rent are gas, electricity, water and unlimited NBN Wi-Fi. You also will have use of the estate facilities mentioned above.

You would only living with me so this is not a crowded house share arrangement. Looking for someone who is employed, clean, trustworthy, is considerate of others and dog friendly.

Two small dogs, both sleep a lot during the day and they don't smell or shed a lot of hair (they hardly have any). They are fully house trained and are little lap dogs so you need to be a dog lover and won’t mind sharing your lap occasionally.
