Very large light apt with Fabulous balcony to enjoy outdoors.
Its the penthouse but feels like home, a great central place to be. I'm enjoying the balcony. Netflix, prime and Stan plus super fast TPG internet. I'll consider a pet as love animals. Large room great view, super central, minutes to beaches. Current flatmate can go sooner so dates flexible.
Ideally, I like living with someone with a sense of humour, male or female isn’t a preference, I lived with many people all over the world and enjoyed and remain great friends. My work is all about people and busy, so homes for chilling, I love fun and clean is great.
I’ve had long term flatmates that have even returned for a 2nd stint. I’ve just done the flatshare from the other side being the flatmate in recent times, so I get it totally. I’m very fit and active so prefer someone similar?
I like a chat, or to share a meal or not. I’m not big on TV but do love to watch Netflix etc on my laptop in my room.
Not a party house, a lunch, diner party or a birthday ok if planned, same with sleepovers ok a couple of nights but the room is for a single only.
The 2nd bedroom is for visitors (maybe 6 nites in a yr) and I paint, office/storage space for me. Ill keep it clean when that’s happening etc
I have a dbl and a queen size bed that could be used or bring your own, the bedroom is large and would easily fit a kingsize and has great views over parkland and heaps of natural light.
The upsides the beach 2 mins Mooloolaba 3-4mins, freeway 3,walk to shops etc. Gym across the road, plus heaps of other useful stuff like great eating.
