I'm a 36 yo male looking to rent out an unfurnished bedroom with built ins in a unit here in Centenary Heights. Only seeking housemate 25 years and older who is working or studying. No couples.
Rent is $320 per week and will be split 50-50 at $160 per week each. All expenses including Water, Internet & Electricity to also be split 50-50 in addition. However, can charge $190 per week to be inclusive of bills if housemate prefers.
