Description of the home
A private room with a queen-size bed and a large mirrored wardrobe. The shared bathroom is located right next door and you will share with another 2 housemates. The house currently has 3 bedrooms + the master room. There is a covered and secure garage spot available for one car (full-size).
The kitchen has ample cupboard space and two refrigerators with freezers, so you'll have plenty of space, even though it's a shared house. The laundry room has a 10kg washing machine and huge cupboards. This is a new house with high-quality finishes, located just 3 minutes from Kwinana Train Station, close to a full-service mall and the beach. Air conditioning is provided throughout the house. We share part of the electricity bill if it comes over the average.
There is a hammock and other relaxng items in the backyard. I also have some gym equipment that can be used.

It’s not a party house and I do appreciate each one’s private space, but I’m more than happy to socialize. As I’ve already been to 29 different countries, getting to know new cultures is always exciting!
