Quiet little nook in the neighbourhood up high on a hilltop with nice glimpses of the Perth hills in the distance. Close to parks, only a short distance to the main shopping centre, Curtin University, and walking distance to the train line and the main Victoria Park cafe, pub and restaurant strip along Albany hwy.

Crown casino is also close by, the South Perth foreshore, and both Perth City centre and also Perth Airport are only a 10-15 minute drive away.

Best looking preferably for a Uni student, FIFO or a young professional. Your space will be private and respected as will mine but happy to chat and enjoy company as well.
