This home is a brand new 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse in West Footscray (located on Barkly St). We are the first tenants in the house, so it’s only been lived in for 2 years. Super spacious living, dining and kitchen area downstairs (+ toilet). Upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms with a HUGE bathroom and laundry. Outdoors is a patio with great sunlight and seating area.
The room for rent is big enough to fit a queen bed, with side tables, a desk and bookshelf (as you can see from the images), has built in robes. You would be sharing a bathroom with 1 other person.
House has a washing machine, dish washer, heating and air-con, netflix, stan and amazon prime + downstairs is fully furnished (you would just need to furnish the bedroom).
It is a 5 min walk to Tottenham station, 1 min walk to the bus (city bound) and 5 min walk to nearest coffee shops and shopping centre which includes ALDI, Coles, BWS and Saccas.

We’re close friends who are both very independent but we also love to hang together on weeknights/weekends and would love whoever joins us to be the same!
