It’s a 4 bedroom house only occupied by two of us (Aussie/Filipino couple). We only want a single housemate so you'd have primary use of main bathroom. Fully furnished, only the room needs furnishing. Street parking available.
House is surrounded by parks and walking trails, it's walking distance to Thornhill Park shops with Anytime Fitness gym and supermarket. 5 mins drive to Cobblebank train station and Coles, 10 mins from Woodgrove (supermarkets, JB Hi Fi, Kmart, Big W etc).
