**UPDATE** ONE ROOM left (we've had a cancellation). This room available has a half sized wardrobe but storage space is available.

Spacious multi-level richmond townhouse.

My goal here is to find 2 people (or couples, I dont mind - couple rate will be $350) that have a positive vibe (ie. no drama), are responsible, friendly, easy going, clean, and social, and where everyone just gets along.
Basically good all rounded human beings, so if that's you read on!

The 2 available rooms are spacious, have builtins, and share a single bathroom.

The apartment is inbetween bridge road, and victoria, both with trams in and out of the city, and very close to the victoria garden shopping centre and ikea, and on the south side the bridge road hotel, along with many cool cafes, and right next to the river trail.

The house has 2 parking spots but it's setup as tandem, and since I take my car out most days that wont really work sharing it, unless you're happy to store yours or find another car parking arrangement.

About me - I work full time mostly from home as a senior developer, and dabble in entrepreneurial apps. I'd prefer other's around a similar age (30 - 40's) but open to anyone that's reasonably mature, interesting, fun, has experience sharing, and knows how to be curteous.

I like to keep a tidy house but not a clean freak, and I expect the people I live with to do the same. Also love to get outdoors, stay fit, eat out at new places, explore the local surrounds, and especially get on my electric skateboard - luckily, haven't killed myself yet.
