The bedroom available for rent is a large room (3.5m x 4.4m) with split system air conditioning and heating. The room has a built in wardrobe and has planter blinds on the windows and there is a queen bed and bed side table which is available in the room. There is a shared bathroom and toilet . The property is 200m from Tram Stop to the city and located within walking distance to Bay St shopping precinct and the beach. The property has Foxtel in the main room (Foxtel in bedrooms if wanted) , Wi Fi internet, cleaner, Gas & Electricity bills are not included in the rent. The house has a court yard with outdoor seating, separate lounge and open plan living area with dining table, great cooking facilities and BBQ available outside.

I am a professional living in Port Melbourne originally from South Australia. I work in both Victoria and Tasmania and regularly travel for work and to see family.

There is also a 45 year old male also who is FIFO worker and her 10 days on 10 days off.
I enjoy home cooked meals and a wine from time to time, bike riding along the beach and going out to eat. I enjoy watching movies and sports on TV and often attend sporting and comedy events.

Looking for someone who is social, tidy, respectful of each others space, don't mind sharing a meal or beer/wine at times but not looking for a party house. The cleaning of the house is done by a cleaner once a fortnight the yard needs minor maintenance once a month. I am currently working full time and travel regularly for family and work.
