Our housemate is looking to move out ASAP and move back home to China. So we have a room available in our lovely Docklands apartment. Ideal location for those that work or study in the city!

We have a new lease coming up in mid-January until mid-November 2026. We are ideally looking for someone (or couple) who will join us on this lease.

The Apartment ~
•2 bed/2 bath
•Your room: unfurnished, furniture can be bought from previous housemate if needed
•Your own private bathroom
•Your own balcony
•Appliances included: fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave
•Building amenities: Gym, swimming pool, cinema room, private dining room, rooftop space

Location ~
•Apartment is on the Collins St side of Docklands
•Woolworths just across the road
•11 and 48 trams just downstairs (within free tram zone)

About you ~
•Female student or working professional
•Couples are also welcome
•Willing to pay bond and go on the new lease beginning in January
•No pets or smokers

Rent: $365/week (1586.5 per month)
Rent increase in January: $385/week (1673 per month)
