Flatmate who is leaving is selling his bed - so you can purchase that if you require a bed (he bought new 6 months ago, so it is in excellent condition).

Great townhouse in fantastic location! We are right next to everything you could need - from supermarkets & shops, Richmond's best bars & restaurants, to gyms, parks, Yarra river & walking trails and the sporting precinct (AAMI, Tennis Centre, MCG).

Everything is in walking distance (even the city!), but then there's easy access to public transport for wherever else you need to go - just 100m from Richmond train station, Swan st tram line, the bus stop on Punt road.

The townhouse is split with a spacious open plan living area downstairs, and the 3 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. There's a comfy lounge and kitchen, that flows through to a dining room space that can double as a study space. Then out back is a private paved courtyard with clothes line - a great sunny spot!

Upstairs is a short hallway to the three bedrooms, and full bathroom. Bathroom is shared with all housemates and has a large sink, bath, separate shower, and a toilet.

There is also a separate laundry and second toilet downstairs.

Bills and expenses

All utility bills; water, electricity, gas, and internet are split 3 ways. One monthly, one bi-monthly and 2 are quarterly - but I'm happy to work out & coordinate a monthly budget so we can manage those months when they overlap and all come at once!

About the occupants
Debbie and Luiz. We are two professionals who work within walking distance, in the Cremorne area - both work corporate, Monday to Friday 9-6 type jobs, and some socialising on the weekend.

The house has a relaxed vibe, as we go about our daily routines. Luiz goes to the gym after work, whereas I have been going for daily walks around the Yarra river. And enjoy relaxing into the evening with some tv or a movie and maybe a chat about our day's events.

The house is big enough to live and comfortably share the living areas without cramping in anyone's personal space, and we respect the privacy of bedrooms and quiet downtime.
