I’m looking for a reliable, respectful housemate to share my home with, as I’ll be away at times due to upcoming work commitments.
It’s a bright, relaxed, and well-maintained home with a friendly vibe — perfect for someone who values peace, cleanliness, and good company. The front and back yards (plus the nature strip) are freshly maintained, and the interior is kept tidy and comfortable year-round.
You’ll have access to a mostly private bathroom (only shared when guests visit), which features a deep bath and modern fittings.
I share the home with a few friendly pets, so it’s important you’re comfortable around animals. They’re well-cared-for and never a problem - the house always passes inspections with ease.
There are also two extra spare rooms - one may be available for occasional use (such as storage or a workspace) at little or no additional cost, depending on your needs.
Local amenities are close by — the train station and supermarket are only a 5-minute drive or 15–20-minute walk, and major shopping centres like Melton Central are about 15–20 minutes by car.

🐦 5 Budgies – Paired off in trolley cages, which I move around the house or deck (away from bedrooms to reduce any noise) to give them a change of scenery.
🐰 2 Indoor Rabbits – They have their own enclosure in the open plan kitchen/dining room but also free-roam in the purpose specific enclosed alfresco area for exercise and social time.
🐶 1 Senior Maltese X (Desexed Male) – A gentle, affectionate companion who spends most of his time sleeping but loves being around people for company, treats, and tummy rubs.
🐶 1 Senior Rescue Mini Shih-Tzu (Desexed Male) Full of energy and LOVES to be around (kind, loving) people.
