Located near the QV Markets (and the free tram zone), the LGBTQA+ friendly, spacious high-ceiling apartment has 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom/2 levels and is furnished. Uni Melb, Royal Melb hospital, and the CBD are all within walking distance.

You'd be moving in with Bonnie and Max. They are both friendly, working professionals. Max is a chemistry masters student from the UK who loves to cook, bake, play video games and go for a good yomp around the city. Bonnie is an academic in landscape architecture who loves to go hiking/camping, writing, and tending to her mini flower garden on the balcony. She would love a housemate who would be keen to join her for a hike or gig here and there or perhaps an impromptu arvo drink/picnic on a sunny day!

They are independent and each do their own thing, but are good humoured and love to have a yarn. They respect each other's privacy, are clean, and from time to time will go for dinner or a few drinks. The place has an overall relaxed vibe.
We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and pays their share of the bills on time.
