Hi everyone! I’m looking to transfer my lease for a twin shared apartment as my plans have changed and I’ll be returning to Vietnam.

• You’ll have your own bedroom in a 2-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment, sharing the bathroom with one Japanese female roommate.
• Kitchen + living room are fully equipped: fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dining table, TV, sofa, air conditioner.
• There’s a big vacuum cleaner in the kitchen, and you can also borrow a Dyson vacuum anytime from reception.

• There’s also a 24/7 convenience store on the ground floor.
