Description of the home
A room has become available in our Brunswick home.
Available from the 24th of January, with rent paid up until the 20th February (final move in date, 18th Feb).
Haydyn and I (Both He/Him) are opening our doors on an optimistic 2022, with the Master Bedroom up for grabs in our Brunswick Home.
The House: 160 Brunswick Rd, Brunswick
- Open, flowing, simple and typically Brunswick. All the best bits and none of the pulp.
- Wooden floors the house over, high ceilings with mid-century flourishes in every room.
- Entertainment room with television in the lounge, an extensive vinyl collection and sound system, with Record Player;
- Bathroom has a rest-room, shower and bath facilities and is shared between the tenants;
- Dining room and renovated kitchen area w dishwasher;
- Central heating in every room;
- Proper NBN internet;
- A yard with space to burn, a table to sit around, drink around, think around - and a garden that grows (See the photos’s)
- A dangerously prolific lemon tree;
- Off-street parking/port, currently free for the incoming tenant.

- Haydyn: (29/M) Working as a High School Librarian and studying Design at RMIT. I enjoy using Harry’s cooking pot, gardening, riding around Melbourne’s trails and reading next to the fountain at Princes Park.
