We are an Australian couple in our late 50's, our kids have left home and our housemate has just moved out.
Our modern house is quiet and relaxed.
We have a fully furnished well lit room overlooking the back yard with double bed, built in wardrobes and access to a separate room with desk.
No meals provided - shared kitchen with private fridge
No pets allowed

It is a 10 minute walk to Box Hill railway station, supermarket, fresh food market and cafes, 15 minute walk to 109 tram and 3 minute walk to buses, sports stadium, indoor swimming pool, yoga, gym, fitness classes, parkland and arts centre.
Box Hill Institute, Deakin University Burwood and Swinburne University Hawthorn are nearby.
Express train service from Box Hill station to the CBD.
